Our top reserve Pinot Gris from an organically farmed single vineyard in Alexandra.
Tasting Notes:
Beautifully fruited and elegantly fragrant, the bouquet shows white fleshy stone fruit, poached pear, rockmelon, and white floral aromas, followed by a succulent palate delivering fleshy texture and juicy acidity. Attractively composed and highly enjoyable.

Winemaking Notes
Selected, ripe, hand-harvested Pinot Gris grapes are gently crushed and macerated on the skins for 24-hours. Gently pressed and after cold-settling the wine is racked with light lees to stainless steel tank. Fermented long and cool to near dryness with a just a few
grams of RS to balance with the precise acidity. Aging on light lees prior to bottling for added texture.
