Winemaking:
Hand-harvested fruit from our Estate & Te Awanga growers, whole bunch pressed with the free-run juice cold settled & racked to barrel for temperature controlled fermentation, lees are regularly stirred in barrel to build texture & complexity, barrels are closely monitored & a final selection blended before bottling, a tremendous value younger sibling for our Reserve Chardonnay
