New Release – The vibrant blueberry and floral notes of Te Awanga Syrah are combined here with the power and structure of SH50 Syrah to produce an eminently drinkable synergy.

WINEMAKING NOTES

Fruit from Te Awanga & a SH50 vineyard were separately fermented with portions of whole bunches in open-top tanks with twice daily punch downs, A period of post-ferment maceration preceded careful pressing & élevage in predominantly older oak barrels.
