With a label inspired by the cherry blossoms of Alexandra.

Tasting Notes:
Dry style Rose, pristine and fabulously styled, the wine shows cranberry, watermelon, ripe stone fruit and floral aromas on the nose, followed by a delightfully flavoursome palate that’s succulent and persistent. Elegant and refreshing, making it instantly appealing.

Winemaking Notes:
Gently pressed with lightly crushed Rosé Pinot Noir ripe grapes from our low-cropped Muttontown vineyard with 24-hour skin contact to ensure elegance, finesse and precision. A portion bled – ‘Saignee’ from our top Shaky Bridge single vineyard for added concentration of flavour and richness on the palate.

Fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve its complex array of delicate red fruits and floral character. Fermented to near dryness and aged on light lees until bottling.
