Winemaking – Low yielding Gewürztraminer grown beside our winery was harvested with optimal varietal expression| destemmed fruit was gently pressed, cold settled &twice racked to secure pristine juice for fermentation a controlled & cool ferment ensured wonderful floral aromatics & an unctuous palate.

Gewürztraminer is the traditional grape variety of Alsace, a variety proven well suited to our maritime climate. This example shows both complexity & texture without a reliance on high residual sugar | classic aromatics of ginger, rose petals & lychee with a subtle sweetness.
