Our Great Scott Eden Valley Sparkling Shiraz is a uniquely Australian wine style, created with today’s tastes and life’s celebrations in mind. This is one of the rarest wines produced from the Eden Valley region of South Australia. This wine is a tribute to Scott Pollock, the late son-in-law of Trevor & Marilyn Harch, father of grandchildren Jack & Charli and husband to daughter Trudi. Scott will forever be in the hearts of the family and as this was one of Scott’s favourite wines.

Made under the Charmat (in tank fermentation) method.
