An India Pale Ale (IPA) made with all NZ ingredients. Enjoy the citrus notes layered with hints of stone fruit. Then sit back and wait for the bitterness to tantalise your senses and the elixir of hops to cure your ills.
We think the word ‘Elixir’ aptly describes this beer. An elixir is defined as a medicinal liquid intended to cure ones ills, while in mythological terms the ‘elixir of life’ grants the drinker eternal life or youth. Although we can’t guarantee these effects from consuming our Hop Elixir, it might just take some of your ills away!
