Named after our New Zealand Operations Manager, Megan has been an integral part of our team since Brockenchack’s inception and we felt it only fitting to honour Megan with a wine that is as equally vivacious and reliable as she is.
“Its signature bright ruby colour and enticing aromas of ripe red fruits are complemented by lavender and liquorice, developing into a rich and complex bouquet. Delectable flavours of hand-picked plums and raspberries are subtly balanced by orange zest. Time in the glass opens the way for further depth of expression. Superb natural acid guides the softer tannins and satin finish a long way.”

Being named Eden Valley Grenache Winery of the Year at the 2019 Melbourne International Wine Show, for our first release 2017 Megan Jane Grenache, was a huge achievement for our family. This recognition is something we will always be immensely proud of and it goes a long way toward proving that the quality of our vineyard is something very special and indeed capable of producing world class wine varieties, outside of our region’s renowned Riesling and Shiraz. ~Harch Family~
