Tasting Notes:

Rose petal and raspberry aromas combine with fresh summer berry and pink grapefruit flavour’s to create this textural and dry, summery Rosé. Made with Pinot Noir and Syrah grapes.

Vineyard:

Average vine age 6-22 years
Harvested in March & April 2023

Winemaking:

95% Pinot Noir fruit – handpicked, gently crushed, and cool pressed.
5% Syrah fruit – handpicked and whole-bunch pressed.

Alc. 12.5%. R.S. 4g/l
