Tasting Notes

Vibrant, with fresh aromas of passionfruit, lemon blossom, and gooseberry are balanced with mineral acidity, bright citrus, and tropical fruit flavours. A great accompaniment with crustacean dishes, fresh seasonal salads, or as an aperitif.

Winemaking

Gently crushed and cool fermented to enhance the natural vibrancy of our fruit. Fermented to dry.

Alc. 12.5%.
