White Caps Chardonnay

NEW RELEASE – a nod to Chardonnays of the past | big, ripe, buttery & toasty wine.

Made from Chardonnay sourced throughout the Clearview Estate vineyards, the wine was fermented with a carefully trialed influence of oak to offer impact & structure, malolactic conversion was closely monitored to lock in White Cap’s signature buttery palate, weekly lees stirring to build texture & palate weight provide the finishing touch to this tribute to 1980’s Kiwi Chardonnay.
